China to Netherlands Freight Line

Four ways to move goods from China to the Netherlands, booked through one desk: courier, air, block train and container. Cargo leaves our own Shenzhen, Suzhou or Dongguan sites, clears Dutch import formalities under EU VAT and IOSS rules, then delivers across the Netherlands — Rotterdam and the other Dutch gateways included, marketplace warehouses too.

Mode by Mode, How Long It Takes

  • Courier: roughly 1-5 working days
  • Air: roughly 2-7 days
  • Block train: roughly 12-20 days
  • Container or groupage by sea: roughly 23-48 days

The rail and sea figures are the bands we already publish across our China-Europe departures, not a promise tied to one Dutch terminal. A named sailing or a named terminal pairing gets confirmed at booking, because transits shift with season, carrier and customs load.

Paperwork and Terms

DDP and DDU both apply here. Import VAT treatment follows whichever numbers sit on the declaration, and the Netherlands Article 23 route is worth asking about if you would rather see VAT on the return than at the port. Amazon FBA appointments, 3PL deliveries and direct-to-door consignments are accepted. There is no minimum order quantity.

Days shown are approximate and indicative; a carrier, a season or a customs hold can move them. Questions get an answer within 24 hours.
