China → Belgium
Belgium, served from the same four departures
Courier, air, block train or container — a Belgium consignment leaves the same three Chinese sites as every other European line we run, enters the EU through the Benelux customs point, and then fans out to Antwerp, Liege, Brussels, Ghent or a marketplace receiving slot, plus any address in the country. Because Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg clear as one customs territory, a load destined for both countries is often better planned as a single entry with two delivery legs; ask and we will price it that way rather than filing twice.
The Four Departures, and the Time Each One Takes
- Door-to-door courier: allow 1-5 working days
- Air freight: allow 2-7 days
- Rail on a block train: allow 12-20 days
- Ocean, box or groupage: allow 23-48 days
Those train and ocean ranges come from the China-Europe schedules already published on this site. They are not tied to a Belgian terminal, and a specific sailing or a specific rail pairing only becomes firm at booking, since season, carrier and the queue at the border decide more than a table can.
Terms, and what we need from you
DDP and DDU are both available; Incoterms on offer across the network stay EXW, FCA, DAP and DDP. Duty and import VAT follow the values on the declaration, and the importer of record is whoever the terms put there — worth deciding before you quote your own customer, not after. FBA appointments, third-party warehouse deliveries and door-to-door parcels are all accepted, and a single unit is a shipment we will build, pick and hand over without a minimum order quantity.
Blades, dietary supplements and children's toys into Belgium move subject to channel confirmation, so tell us the commodity before you promise a lead time downstream.
Every day count here is approximate and indicative; carriers move, seasons move, and a border queue moves faster than either. Belgian enquiries get a reply inside 24 hours.
