Quality Control & Compliance at FulfillDock by SBT

In cross-border logistics, quality is not a slogan — it is a set of measurable checks at every node between your supplier’s dock and your customer’s door. Here is how we run them.

In-warehouse quality control

• Intake inspection. Every inbound shipment is verified against the ASN or packing list — carton count, SKU, quantity and visible condition — and any discrepancy is photographed and reported to you before goods are put away.
• Barcode-verified picking and packing. SKUs are scanned at pick, at pack and at handover. The result is a mis-pick and miss-ship rate under 0.01%.
• Amazon-compliant prep. FNSKU labeling, polybagging with suffocation warnings, bundling and multipacking, carton marking and palletization are performed to current FBA requirements, with shipment creation and delivery-appointment handling included.
• Optional inspection services. Product-level QC, photo reports, repackaging, relabeling and blind shipping in your own branding.
• Live inventory accuracy. Our WMS syncs orders and stock to Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, WooCommerce and custom storefronts, so your inventory count, tracking status and billing always agree.

Customs compliance

We operate strictly under Chinese, Hong Kong and destination-country customs law. DDP shipments follow a standardized duty pre-paid process with VAT and IOSS handled correctly, and US, EU and UK cargo is always routed into the correct customs territory with matching documentation. That discipline is what keeps inspection rates low and release times fast — and it is handled by our own clearance teams, not passed down a chain of subcontractors. Where a shipment qualifies for a better tariff classification, our team identifies it before departure rather than after a demand letter.

Every credential below is issued to Shenzhen Shibotong International Logistics Co., Ltd. — the legal entity behind FulfillDock by SBT. Scanned copies follow this list.

• AAA-grade credit enterprise. Credit code CYC202508070312601, valid 2025-08-07 to 2028-08-06, issued by Shandong Chengyicheng Enterprise Credit Investigation Co., Ltd.
• NVOCC (non-vessel-operating common carrier). Guangdong waterway transport business filing GD20230718112829, issued 2023-07-18 — container consolidation, booking and carriage.
• Board-member unit, Shenzhen Bao’an District Fuhai Street Express Logistics Association (FELA), since 2023.
• Registered enterprise. Limited liability company, unified social credit code 91440300570029550P, established 2011-02-24, registered with the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Market Supervision and Administration.
