Who we are. FulfillDock by SBT has arranged China-to-world logistics since 2011, operating three cloud warehouses totalling 24,000 m² in Shenzhen, Suzhou and Dongguan, with delivery to 50+ countries across 50+ shipping channels. Services shown on this site cover ecommerce fulfillment and FBA prep, small-parcel dropshipping and direct shipping lines, sea and air freight DDP, hybrid sea-air routings, and special or project cargo.

Indicative information. Transit times, warehouse figures and capability statements on this site are indicative. Actual lane, schedule, cost and lead time are confirmed in writing per shipment and depend on carrier space, season, origin and destination handling, and customs clearance. This website does not publish prices.

Booking. A booking is binding once we confirm it in writing. You are responsible for accurate commodity descriptions, HS codes and declared values, and for telling us in advance about batteries, dangerous goods, branded goods, wood packaging or items that need a licence or inspection. Undeclared or prohibited goods may be refused, held, or returned at your cost.

Daily cut-off. Orders received before 16:00 China time are normally picked, packed and shipped the same day with tracking issued the same day; there is no minimum order quantity.
