FulfillDock by SBT is the international logistics brand of Shenzhen Shibotong International Logistics Co., Ltd., a company registered in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, China. This page explains how we handle information on this website.

What we collect. Only what you choose to send us — your name, company, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp number, and the shipment details you describe (commodity, weight and volume, dimensions, destination, service required). Like most websites, this site also records basic technical data such as browser type and cookies so pages load correctly and your cookie choice is remembered.

Why we use it. To answer your enquiry, prepare a landed-cost estimate, and carry out the fulfillment, warehousing or transport services you instruct. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it to advertise other companies' services.

Who sees it. Your dedicated account manager and the operations staff who need it to pick, pack, clear customs and deliver your goods; the carriers, customs brokers and overseas warehouse partners involved in your shipment; and our accountants and legal advisers where required.

Cookies. The site uses cookies for essential functions and to remember your consent preference. You can disable cookies in your browser, but the enquiry form and the on-page chat may then stop working. If you use the chat window on this website, your message is handled through our website service provider — for a guaranteed reply, use e-mail or WhatsApp below.

Retention and security. Enquiry and shipment records are kept for as long as needed to serve you, handle claims and meet statutory record-keeping. Pages are served over HTTPS and access is limited to the account team handling your business.

Your choices. You may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or stop contacting you. Write to tonyfulfill@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy" and we will reply within 24 hours on a business day.

Confidentiality — what we keep private. Anything you send us in the course of working together — customer and consignee identities, SKU lists, volumes, rates, packaging and listing information, product photos and unreleased designs, supplier names, and your sales or launch plans — is treated as confidential. It stays confidential after we stop working together.

How we use confidential information. We use it only to quote and to perform the services you instruct: picking, packing, labelling, customs declaration and delivery. It is not shared with other clients of ours, and it is not used in our marketing unless you approve that use in writing.

Who sees that information. Your named account manager and the operations, customs and warehouse staff who need it for your shipments, under internal access controls. Partners who touch your goods (carriers, brokers, overseas warehouses) receive only the data required to move that shipment.

Limits on confidentiality. We may disclose information where customs, tax, court or other lawful authorities require it, or where you give us permission. In that case we share only what is legally necessary.

Your obligations too. Information we disclose to you about lane pricing, capacity or warehouse processes is provided for your use in evaluating and running your shipments with us; please do not redistribute it.

How long this lasts. These obligations last three years after our last shipment together, and indefinitely for personal data and trade secrets.
