Service Description

One booking, delivered to the door. Export declaration, line haul, import clearance, duty and tax payment and final-mile delivery sit in a single DDP contract — to Amazon fulfillment centers, commercial addresses, private addresses and in-market overseas stations for relabeling and replenishment.

Options (approximate)

  • Air freight DDP: typically 2–7 days door-to-door; full air to EU/UK 6–12 days
  • Ocean LCL & FCL DDP: US typically 23–30 days; US West Coast door-to-door
  • UK sea freight: 25–35 days FCL / 30–40 days LCL
  • EU (Hamburg / Antwerp) sea freight: 36–48 days; rail to the EU 13–20 days as a middle-cost option
  • FCL 20GP / 40GP / 40HQ and LCL from small volumes; general, sensitive and mixed-load containers

What makes the difference at peak

  • Fixed allocated space on the main US and Europe lanes — space is held, so cargo is not rolled or re-rated
  • VAT-compliant clearance with duty prepayment under a standardised DDP process, keeping inspection rates low and release times fast
  • POA and importer-of-record guidance for first-time US, UK and EU importers
  • Backed by our NVOCC filing (GD20230718112829) and MOFCOM freight-forwarder registration; long-term contracted slots with 20+ shipping lines and airlines
  • AAA-grade credit enterprise; board-member unit of the Shenzhen Air Transport Association

How an order runs

  1. Routing plan and quote within 24 hours
  2. Factory pick-up (free in the Pearl River Delta) or delivery to our warehouse
  3. Consolidation, carton check and photo report on request
  4. Export declaration and import clearance
  5. Final-mile delivery with proof of delivery

All transit times are approximate reference ranges counted from line-haul departure. Actual transit varies by carrier, airline, routing, peak-season capacity (roughly August to January), port congestion and customs. Every shipment is quoted individually.
